Мемопart™Вентрикулярный септалный дефект (VSD) Окклюдер представляет собой саморасширяющееся двухдисковое устройство для окклюзии нитиноловой сеткой. 2 диска соединены короткой талией, которая соответствует размеру дефекта. Полиэфирная ткань надежно пришивается к каждому диску, чтобы закрепить окклюзию. Устройство видно под рентгеновским излучением.

МемуЧасть™Мембранный VSD Occluder используется для минимально инвазивного транскатетерного закрытия перимембранозных желудочковых перегородок.
For muscular' ventricular septal defect:
МемопартТМ Мышечный окклюдер ВСД показан по следующим медицинским показаниям:
1. Пациент со сложным дефектом межжелудочковой перегородки (VSD) значительного размера, который требует закрытия (шунт большого объема слева направо, легочная гипертензия и/или клинические симптомы застойной сердечной недостаточности).
2. Пациенты рассмотрены, что были на высоком риске для стандартного трансатриал или трансартериал хирургического закрытия основанного на анатомических условиях и/или основанных на общем медицинском состоянии. Анатомические факторы высокого риска для трансатриального или трансартериального хирургического закрытия включают пациентов:
• Требуется левая вентрикулотомия или обширная правая вентрикулотомия.
• При неудачном предыдущем закрытии VSD.
• С множественными апикальными и/или передними мышечными ВСД («швейцарская сырная перегородка»).
• С задним апикальным VSDs, покрытым трабекулом.
